You never think that it could happen to someone you know, then it does, and all the sudden it’s real.  Read the story, it’s actually so heart-felt.  Don’t know this person personally, but I went to high school with him, and I think it’s such a beautiful thing to see people supporting & cheering him on in his battle.  A couple of people from my high school are hosting an event at the Mississauga Convention Center to help raise funds to support his surgery.  It’s amazing how this one person in need can bring hundreds of people together in just a moment.  If you’re interested in joining us, or helping out… message me!  :) Every ounce of help counts.
